I was not taking away the economical factor when I asked you this question. Since I went to Cuba and I have talked to the people there (no ex-communist, I founf out that it is really amazing how everyone can go for what they really want and like. It is not like Romania, but you have to prove that you would be good at it to be subsidized for it.
