		<description>Estoy totalmente de acuerdo con Jorge, para ser &quot;socialmente responsable&quot; se deben de incurrir en mayores costos, lo cual hace que se &quot;salgan del mercado&quot;. No por nada, la mayoria de las producciones se estan enviando a China, donde no tiene que cumplir con muy pocas reglamentaciones sociales y donde el costo de la nomina es poco significativo. Y la tendencia no es a mejorar la situacion, sino lo contrario, ahora debido a los costos de la mano de obra de China, hay cada vez mas presion a mantener los sueldos bajos en el resto del mundo, una situacion perder-perder.

		<description>I think the objection to corporations doing &quot;what&#039;s right&quot; is that they do it mostly for show --a couple of flashy initiatives to calm down average consumers while they continue to be as irresponsible as before in every other way.

There&#039;s also the problem of the Tragedy of the Commons. Sure, all corporations, as all citizens, benefit from a society with good global corporate citizenship. But being more selfish (and more irresponsible) than their competition gives them an immediate edge, hence nobody has an incentive to be a better corporate citizen, and they will only put in place policies with little real impact, but that they can use in their PR propaganda.</description>
